Who are we?

Helen Green, Founder and Managing Director
Helen has worked in the field of Organisation, Leadership and Team transformation since 2011 when she founded Orient8 Consulting.
Before that she was on the UK SLT of a FTSE 250 consumer goods business and spent two decades in Commercial Leadership roles.
She is a very experienced change agent having led, and partnered others through, significant change.
She has a Masters degree in Organisational Change, a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Business Coaching, a Systemic Team Coaching Certificate and a BSc in Psychology.
She is accredited in many diagnostic tools including The Leadership Circle 360, Collective Leadership 360, Hogan personality profile, Tetramap team diagnostic, Theory U methods, and Team Dialogue Indicator.
She is a member of the EMCC, CIPD and an RSA fellow.
Helen partners with an inspiring group of highly experienced colleagues who have both real business experience and powerful consulting expertise.
